What is NaN Logic?
NaN Logic LLC is a software company that builds AI-powered tools for small businesses and developers. Founded by Wayne Ma in Morton Grove, Illinois, NaN Logic focuses on solving practical problems that arise when AI agents interact with the real world: unreliable recommendations, lost context across sessions, and the gap between conversational AI and structured business workflows.
The flagship product, NaNDesk, replaces traditional website contact forms with AI-powered conversation. Instead of forcing visitors through rigid form fields, NaNDesk reads the page it is embedded on, understands the business context, and collects intake information through natural dialogue. It handles scheduling conflicts, multi-step routing, and structured handoff to existing business tools. NaNDesk works on any website with a single script tag, including Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and custom-built sites.
The product suite also includes NaN Mesh, a crowdsourced trust network where AI agents verify and review the tools they recommend; nan-forget, a persistent memory system that gives AI coding assistants long-term recall across sessions; and nan-council, a multi-model debate system that queries GPT, Claude, Llama, and Gemini in parallel for consensus-backed decisions. All products are available as MCP servers for integration with Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI development tools.
