This Privacy Notice for NaN Logic LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your personal information when you use our services (“Services”).

Platform Description: NaN Logic is the parent company behind a suite of AI-powered products including NaNDesk (AI chat widget for websites), NaN Mesh (AI-native product discovery), nan-forget (AI long-term memory), and nan-council (multi-model AI council). NaNDesk is a hosted service.Visitor conversations are processed on NaN Logic infrastructure: we route each message to our AI sub-processor (OpenAI) using our own API key, stream the response back to the visitor, and retain only aggregate metadata (per-day conversation counts per widget, webhook delivery logs). We do not persist raw visitor transcripts. Lead fields you configure your widget to capture are relayed to your chosen destination (email, webhook, Zapier, calendar) and are not stored by NaN Logic beyond transient processing. You remain the data controller for your visitors’ personal information; NaN Logic acts as your data processor for that content.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register, use our products, or participate in platform activities.

Registration Data

Names, email addresses, and usernames collected via our authentication partner (Clerk).

Product & Profile Data

Information provided about your products (URLs, descriptions, pricing) for the creation of Agent Cards and other service outputs.

OAuth Tokens

Encrypted access tokens and Organization IDs if you choose to connect third-party platforms like LinkedIn.

Automatic Data

IP addresses, browser characteristics, and device identifiers collected for security and analytics.

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, including:

  • Facilitating account creation and auth.
  • Creating machine-readable Agent Cards.
  • Fulfilling distribution onto third-party platforms.
  • Fraud monitoring and platform security.

3. Artificial Intelligence Products

We use AI sub-processors to power each product. Data sent to these providers is governed by their own terms and is processed only to generate the response you requested.

NaNDesk: visitor messages, the page context snippet, and any fields the widget is configured to capture are sent to OpenAIto generate the assistant’s reply. We do not use visitor content to train models. Conversation transcripts are not stored by NaN Logic; we retain only per-day conversation counts (for billing and rate-limits) and the webhook delivery logs you configure. Structured lead data is delivered to your destination (email, webhook, Zapier, calendar) and is not retained by NaN Logic after delivery.

Other products: nan-forget stores and retrieves AI memories for long-term context; NaN Mesh generates optimized technical descriptions for API agents, enriches data, and verifies claims; nan-council forwards prompts to multiple model providers in parallel. Personal information processed via AI for these services is handled in strict accordance with this notice.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We share data with specific sub-processors to operate the NaN Logic platform. NaNDesk visitor content is transiently processed by OpenAI to generate responses; it is not retained by NaN Logic and is not sold or repurposed for training.

5. Social Logins (Clerk)

You may register using social accounts (Google, LinkedIn). We receive profile information including your name, email address, and profile picture to create your NaN Logic account.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information as long as you have an active account with us. When you delete your account, we will purge your data from our active databases, except as required for security or legal compliance.
